1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Ethea Studios website (www.etheastudios.com), mobile applications, or digital services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ETHĒA LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")

2. Studio Policies & Waiver

All class bookings, memberships, and physical participation at ETHĒA are governed by our Terms of Service & Waiver Agreement. By booking a class through this website or our app, you acknowledge that you have also read and signed the Waiver Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the Waiver Agreement regarding studio participation, the Waiver Agreement shall control.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase memberships independently. Clients aged 16–17 may participate only with written parental consent signed in-studio.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials via Mariana Tek. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and Fees

All sessions and class packs must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable except in the case of studio-initiated closures.

  • Cancellation Windows: Members must cancel at least 8 hours before class; non-members must cancel at least 12 hours before class.
  • Late Fees: Failure to cancel within the required window or a "no-show" will result in the forfeiture of the class credit and an automatic $20 fee charged to the card on file.
  • Expiration: Class credits expire according to the terms listed at purchase (e.g., 5-packs = 60 days; 10/20-packs = 90 days).
  • Waitlists: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens more than two hours before class, you will be automatically added and notified. We recommend arriving early if you are on the waitlist to claim any last-minute openings.

5. Studio Experience & Arrival

When you book a class through our Service, you are reserving a spot in that class. Class availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any class at any time.

  • Check-in: If you are not checked in by the time class begins, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist.
  • Late Entry: To preserve the flow and safety of the room, we do not allow entry more than five minutes after class has started. Arriving on time is essential to our grounding sequence and intentional warm-up.
  • Amenities: Mats, mat towels, and small sweat towels are included with your session. Grip socks are not required.

6. Memberships and Pricing

  • Recurring Billing: By purchasing a membership, you authorize ETHĒA to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
  • Cancellations: Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer partial refunds.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or your Mariana Tek account.

7. Merchandise & Payments

We use Mariana Tek for transactions. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We are not responsible for errors made by these third-party payment processors. Please refer to our in-studio return policy for merchandise purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, and media, is the property of ETHĒA LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

    9. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETHĒA LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration as outlined in our Studio Waiver.

    10. Force Majeure

    ETHĒA LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations (including studio closures) due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, government orders, or public health emergencies.
