OUR INFRARED-HEATED CLASSES

  • SCULPT

    An infrared-heated sculpt class built around controlled resistance, extended time under tension, and structured unilateral sequencing. You’ll train one side of the body at a time through standing and mat-based work before switching, building strength, stability, and muscular endurance while improving balance and control. The class flows from standing to floor and finishes with focused core work that leaves you stronger, more aligned, and energized—not depleted.

  • MAT PILATES

    An infrared heated mat Pilates class centered on precision, alignment, and deep core strength. Slower tempo and intentional sequencing allow you to build control, improve posture, and strengthen from the inside out. Expect mindful movement, layered progressions, and strength that supports how you move every day.
